To be honest they can be a major disaster, but i thought it was just because my non-stick pan is not so non-stick!

A guy at my works restaurant in Weybridge makes them really well. Succulent and tasty not dry. I usually go for Cheese and ham or mushroom in mine. This is my fall back if the other food on offer is particularly ugly that day. There is one draw back though, the cook isn't the cleanest looking person i've ever met although i'm not aware that he smells. He does seem to have some rather 'unsavoury' skin fungus, so i try to look away as he passes the food to me. Nice guy but its the association with my food that I have trouble with.chuxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13244284869780373051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27626766.post-1163148933837919502006-11-10T08:55:00.000+00:002006-11-10T08:55:00.000+00:00Try a Spanish Tortilla next time Clare. St Delia's version has only potato and onion in it (plus eggs, of course), and you cook it all very slowly.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27626766.post-1162740150692427352006-11-05T15:22:00.000+00:002006-11-05T15:22:00.000+00:00My omelettes always look like that. It all tastes the same!Liz Hindshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04646532093872561703noreply@blogger.com
