Also...

I thought you'd enjoy this photo from Hayling Island a couple of weeks ago... I was actually much warmer than Phil, but then I was wearing two coats...

I want to thank you so much for dropping in to visit and to let you know that I'm sorry about your mom. I tend to be more on the "down" side and less of the manic side of the scale. It can be a scary thing when people around you are out of control, especially those you care about. I've learned to be very open with my family and let them know, here it comes! It helps all of us deal with the mood swings and they know that it's nothing they've done or said. At first, my poor husband thought he was at fault. When we finally got everything sorted out and my meds right, no one feels as if they have to walk on eggshells. Honesty - it's no worse than having diabetes. It's all a disease.

Come back and visit any time!
~~~Blessings~~~
Gracie
Phil was wearing a coat, but I was wearing a gilet thing (furry head of which you can see) and my big "coxing" jacket, which is waterproof and also has a zip in fleece - toasty!
Ha ha! You look how I feel! I have one of these ginormous coats with two layers and a big hood, too. Cold in Devon too, if that's any consolation.
